Captain D's - Frankfort

I love captain D’s, but today I watched that the person who worked the bank was not properly trained. While I was standing there, I watched several people back in the counters with wrong food orders and mine was right, but I was charged for the drink that comes with a combo. Typically, this place has a great service and this is the first time that I have seen this in this restaurant. I hope they will correct this soon.

I ordered fish with double fries instead of cole slaw. They bring the food out with cole slaw all over the plate and on the fish. I tried telling them I didn't want it because of the slaw and they blew me off saying they would bring me more fries. I again said I didn't want it. They tried to put the fish on another plate, but again I told them I didn't want the fish because it had the slaw on it. Then they started cussing at me and making jokes. Then they told me and my family we had to leave. They did how ever give us our money back. I will never go back there. Ill go across town to the other one from now on

Friendly service and my overall favorite Captain D's to visit. You can't go wrong at this location.

Jeff is a rare breed of management. He’s great, the restaurant is great. Fast food good service. He’s really got a good place. Rare to see these days.

So how this place stays in business I don't understand. I already avoid it as much as I can because it ALWAYS robs me of good food. It's a shame cause I can stop at one out of time and the food be amazing but this one this specific one on Versailles road in frankfort ky should just burn back down. It wasn't even busy like 4 cars in the drive thru and still my food is Soggy!!! How in the world a place that literally fries everything can make soggy food is beyond me.
