Chick-Fil-A - Fort Wayne

This is probably one of my favorite places to take my kids to eat. Not only is the staff extremely friendly, they are so accommodating to parents. I don't live in the area but I do shop at Jefferson point often. If I bring one or both of my children it's pretty much a given we eat here. I do recommend going to lunch a bit early because they get extremely busy. And the food always taste good.

Excellent customer service! I am a mom of twin little boys who keep me on my toes. As we walked in I had that feeling of dread because they were very busy and I was going to have to try and find a seat with food and boys in tow. As we stood in line a gentleman that works here asked if he could prepare a seat for us. Super helpful! He got placemats, napkins, condiments and straws. After I ordered, the gentleman who took our order told me he would bring our drinks to us. Awesome! As we were eating, we were asked on occasion if there was anything we needed (i.e. drink refills, more napkins). When we were ready to leave, the same gentleman that seated us came and took our tray/trash. What was going to be a dreadful lunch full of work was beyond pleasant. I can’t say enough about the awesome customer service. We will be back!

Just a great place to eat. Food is excellent. The service is superb. Would recommend this to all.

We stopped here on our way home from Indianapolis, the restaurant was super busy but all the staff was very friendly and we got our food very quick. It was extremely fresh and delicious. I would recommend this Chick-fil-a location to anyone!

They're always so nice and so fast! Orders are always correct. Never had a bad experience.
