Neumeier's Rib Room - Fort Smith

Live band on the terrace. perfect evening for music and bbq. portions were great, eating was hot, good taste.

Visited from Texas and we know BBQ... this was some amazing food! Get the sampler plate and share so you can taste pork, chicken, ribs etc. And the sauces rock. Great service, great food.

Well if your going to Neumeier's Rib Room you might as well have the ribs. That's what they're famous for and we weren't disappointed. The ribs were moist and smoked to perfection. The seasonings on the ribs almost had me licking them before biting into them. Very good. Onion rings were also a great side. The waitress was hard to find at times when we needed her. Overall I would go back just to eat their ribs, again and again.

I ordered some food from here while I was in the area. I have to say the brisket was not entirely disappointing but it was dry and not tender at all the exact opposite of what I expected. Not the best I've had by any means. The sides however were great! The BBQ beans were maybe the best I've had and the fried okra were delicious. Back to the brisket they give you 10oz which is more than most competition for the price but I'd rather get 8oz and have it be much better quality. I hope if I go here again they will have improved the quality of their meat.

The food was okay at the rib room but the servers was great. This is the first time we've been out to a restaurant and covid was an issue. The plate they put together looked very appetizing. I liked the baked potato and the taste but I felt the baked potato was cooked too long. The brisket was served warm which was okay but I would have liked it hotter. As far as their barbecue sauce, I wasn't a fan. The barbecue sauce was okay but was not great.
