Also, this particular location is close by, usually quick with orders, and the drinks are all consistent!

Taro with bubbles is great! THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! EARL GREY with 3 J’s: this is one of my fave because it has 3 jellies on it! DIRTY BROWN SUGAR: one of the newest flavors! It is good because not your usual sugar! STRAWBERRY TARO: good too, make sure only 30% sugar because it might be sweet. COFFEE MILK TEA: good, taste more tea than coffee!Price rating: 4 out of 10. It is so cheap!Well all recommended! But personally love the taro and earl grey with 3Js.

This location is popular but they're great at getting others out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend the dirty brown sugar milk tea at 50% sweetn... I highly recommend the dirty brown sugar milk tea at 50% sweetness with either boba or Oreo pieces at the bottom (I find doing both too sweet but go for it if you really like sugar)!

And for those reading these reviews and considering this establishment don’t, if not for the poor training and quality of ingredients let the customer service speak for itself. “ALL THE OTHER REVIEWERS” have the same issue.. right it’s everyone else that visits that has the problem? We frequent many bubble tea establishments and GCs in our locale and others and this one is not using qualified ingredients.Wow I wish I read these reviews first! We had the same experience as many people below! Drink was ordered at 50% sweetness but it was SO MUCH sweeter. We all took a few sips and agreed so I suggested my partner bring it back in and ask them to remake it. He was refused and was told he had drank too much of it! Including pic for reference.. we rather go to Kung Fu tea a few blocks down. Also the matcha didn’t taste the same as other GC locations.

Weiterlesen This is a bubble tea shop. the bubble tea, by default, should already be good to some standard. gong cha has been severely gentrified and is nothing more than just a name brand now. i say this, but i still come here every so often for my fill of boba.i am personally incredibly sensitive to caffeine so i will usually get a caffeine free option, like the wintermelon tea.customer service varies severely. i have generally been met with chill people at the register, but i was met with a super nasty employee the other night that just did noooooot care. given that we came in 5 minutes before closing, i think it was partially deserved, as is this review. i also work in food service and nobody cares, so just quit? you signed up to work at a bubble tea store on a weekend night bro ?

I am a Gong Cha fan and I’ve been to many of their other locations, but this one is definitely the worst. There’s three staffs in total and two of them were just standing there to begin with. I ordered two drinks, but one of them was wrong. I explain to one of the staffs, he didn’t care at all, and told me that I cannot get a refund since they’ve asked me to verify on the screen already?? And told me there’s nothing they can do about it. I was kind of shocked on the spot, because these kind of situations happens all the time and places usually just remake one and keep the old drink. At the end, I just gave up and told him I will take the mistake order although it’s their fault. We ordered both drinks 50% sugar (I ordered this everywhere, including other Gong cha locations and never had an issue), but these were wayyyyyy too sweet! Like it was full sugar or more! There are similar comments from other reviewers, as I can see, so I guess I was not the only one who felt this way. In summary, the staff are unfriendly, the drinks are too sweet, space is very little, and they do not care about what you ordered. Need I say more? Never come to this place!!

They have recently increased the prices due to inflation and 7$ a drink is expensive.

So, I went there and they got my drink ready in less than ten minutes, however they got the wrongflavor(?? I guess taro sounds like caramel? Well, I didnt think of a big deal at first, but then my dad's drink which was probmy second favorite was SO sweet and didn't have the usual taste, so basically I walked half an hour for nothing? And when I waswaiting there were no chairs. It was also so awkward while ordering...but yeah. anyways though, LOVE GONGCHA, but probably notthis specific place..
