Subway - Fort Drum

Wrong hours posted or they decided to close early. I arrived at 815pm

This is the standard Subway experience except for lunch during the week. The place is generally overrun from 12:00 1:00 PM. Breakfast and dinner are not busy at all.

Stingy on the veggies and they always rush you to pay before your sandwich is made.

I usually don't have any issues with this restaurant, but I made the mistake of going close to closing time and the customer service was terrible. I felt rushed and the worker had a bad attitude. I have experience in customer service and I understand the desire to leave at the end of the day, but a respectful paying customer should not feel like an inconvenience.

The staff seemed rushed and had a negative attitude. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the desire to leave at the end of the day, but a polite paying customer should not feel like a burden.
