Superb cafe, great breakfast pastries and coffee, service is super warm and friendly. Excellent place to start your day.

We absolutely don´t understand where the overall positive reviews on google come from, they don´t reflect our personal experience at all. We visited this place in September when we spent few nights in Florence. The city was very crowded and we decided to visit this cafe spontaneuosly after we checked the reviews. And it was really not ok, not only the waitress was extremely unfriendly and rolled her eyes several times, she put the coffee on the desk like she was dropping the cup. And the coffee was really really not good. Situated at the heart of a touristic place, i guess many tourists could want to visit this location after checking the reviews, JUST DON´T.

I've eaten here twice and will probably go back again. The hot chocolate is delicious, as were the cookies I had with it. Every evening, starting at 6, there's a nice happy-hour buffet. Six euros for the buffet and an apertivo. Pretty good deal!

I didn't have the chance to remember the exact name, but it's one of the happiest moments you don't forget when traveling: lively square, sun, medieval architecture and wine in good company. What else can you ask? excellent chicken liver, because their coating is basically delicious!

We found this place randomly and we were amazed to meet silvia who speaks Spanish, Italian and English. she was very friendly, helpful and sang like a angel. the whole atmosphere, including customers and employees were so beautiful!
