Restaurant bewertenOutstanding and authentic Korean place! Their spicy pork bulgogi was so good as was their pork loin katsu with its crispy coating and perfectly cooked meat with their homemade sauce. Their honey soy chicken wings were scrumptious too!
Came here for lunch, and i think their lunch specials are great offers. <br/ <br/ We've got the bibimbap and bulgogi. Really quite surprise that there's side dishes even for lunch specials that are under 20$ each, and they happened to be the ones i really like , kimchi radish, fish cakes and the acorn jelly slaw (i think that's what it is :p). And they do refills!<br/ <br/ The bibimbap is hot and sizzling, generous amount of vege and meat. The bulgogi is huge as well, looked almost like a bento. Even very hungry boyfriend could hardly finish it.<br/ <br/ Happy to come back to try fried chicken and other hot dish, however the BBQ lunch specials that the table next to us had, looked a bit underwhelming, so undecided with the BBQ for now until we finally try it.
A branch of the Korean ICG franchise, Smokkim serves traditional Korean food and Korean BBQ as well. Food is well portioned and tasty, their stew/jjigae are perfect for a cold and chilly day, their sweet and spicy (yangnyeom chicken is great and addicting too, always finding myself craving. Also try the spring onion chicken, it might seem weird but is actually surprisingly refreshing : Waiters are quick and friendly too
I had hot pot and was really good. Hot pot includes beef, vegies, noodle and many. Me and my friend totally enjoyed and happy to have fresh and healthy food. Hot pot only available lunch time unfortunately.
Quick and helpful service from the staff. And we very much enjoyed the food. Beef bulgogi and the japchae were the ultimate comfort food. Beef ribs were super tender. Will definitely be coming back
