Cote one loose, not saignant, but blue and cold. No pepper sauce. ..no comment at the table was not brought in gratitude. You don't tell your clients.

The restaurant wasn't unknown to us, with new explorers. The food, entrecote and lamb with a chocolate museum was very good. The service was excellent. So, short of a hit man.
