Chipotle Mexican Grill - Erie

What an awful experience. Ordered a salad. Got to the end. They had no dressing. And no forks. No one ever mentioned it until it was all wrappped up. How was I suppose to eat it? They told me to use a spoon. How about the manager driving over to Walmart or Sams and buying some forks?

The tacos and barbacoa salad were insanely SALTY. I love a good amount of salt but this was disgusting! The meat was saturated in hardened fat globs that was clearly never drained off. The salad had only one thin layer of lettuce with large stems still attached to them. AVOID THIS LOCATION

Small portion sizes, unfriendly workers, and nothing is ever stocked. i will not be going back to this location. by far the worst in erie

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and all around great. the cash disappeared back and left the long line of customers standing to wait, and their already busy staff called for her. She was not friendly, acting as if she didn't want to be here or help us, not even a simple smile from her. was a great visit until then

Eating has really been suffering since covid. it is missing in taste. it was not salted well. that was waiting long to get through the line and they were made of various means of life. I had to wait to get crispy tacos because they were also from them. idk, what goes on with chipotle, but their restaurants are not the precovide culinary experience we are used to.
