St. Tropez Bistro Beyond - Encinitas

I enjoyed this restaurant. I came to brunch. I could enjoy both pancakes and an Acai dish. The roasted coffee was delicious and they had stevia. My server and other staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the best breakfast and lunch spots in Encinitas! They have great paninis, quiche and pancakes! I would recommend going on a nice day and enjoying the beautiful patio seating as well.

Breakfast was almost very good! Rosemary Potatoes were so good as well as the bacon. Coffee was great at first serving, then it tastes diluted after on the refills. It's not consistent

St. Tropez was one of our favorite, no thought required restaurants when we were downtown by the lumberyard. Covid seemed to hit it hard. They are now transitioning to be Versailles and we went in during the period in between while they are getting up and running. There was a hiccup with our order, but David addressed it quickly and professionally. We sincerely hope that they find success in this location, and are sure the food will be worth it.
