Restaurant bewertenSorry. I mistakenly rated 3 stars with the accidental thought it was another organization. My visit here was short the immediate service was all that one could ask for, polite and non-akward whatsoever. I bought a beer and proceeded to try my luck on the VLT's. Ling story short, I needed to double the 55 dollars I arrived with and when I broke a 20 into four $5 Bill's, I put one in and with a total of a$5 deposit, I cashed out just over $320.00. Also, this is not the first time that I've been to this particular establishment and on two completely separate other occasions I've tried my luck in the VLT's and substantially doubled or quadrupled my money. Very odd but in my opinion the food is excellent the beer is average and at the end of the day it was all free and I left with more cash then I arrived with. An easy 5 star front me and well deserved.
Good food and friendly service. Nice downtown location it’s clean and well lit. It’s comfortable and the ambiance is great. The food is tasty and served hot. We had pizza and it was great. Half spicy pierogie and half royal Hawaiian. Our server was friendly and attentive and courteous. Washroom facilities are clean. It was a good experience.
This is one of the better BP's I have visited lately. The food was actually pretty good. The service was great. Been very disappointed in the Calgary locations...so was hesitant. But this is Grandma and kid friendly.
Eating is in canada expensive.Boston pizza has a good price-performance ratio. there are also nudelgerichte, burger and salate in addition to pizza. the portioneb are very large and delicious. only recommended.
We were staying in downtown Edmonton to attend a concert at the coliseum. Along with thousands of other people. I would expect that the management of this restaurant is aware of the local market and should be planning its needs accordingly. Every table was full and people were waiting at the door. We expected a wait so planned our arrival to allow for two hours before having to catch the LRT for the concert. So when we arrived we were shortly seated but within 15 minutes the line started to build. Luckily we gave ourselves two hours but we expected to be able to eat in 45 minutes not the two plus hours it took. They had nowhere near the wait staff needed to accommodate a full restaurant. After being seated we were served water and our drink order taken. It took 20 minutes for a coffee and 40 minutes for a Caesar, then they took our meal order (for three.) Our food came out in three waves with the last entrée coming out another 40 minutes later without our water/coffee being refreshed once. Concerned about the time I asked for the bill when that last entrée came out and again another 40 minutes went by waiting for the bill. Our server was completely overwhelmed with the large number of tables she had and clearly the kitchen and bar were equally understaffed. They need to have adequate staffing in place when things are going on like concerts, sporting events and festivals. Boston pizza has a good franchise reputation. People are going to come and they need to be better prepared to serve them. It was getting to the point where we started talking about walking out, after all if you are not going to bring the bill how are customers supposed to pay it?
