Don't worry if you have a kind of disability when a band plays. I was there for Nerd Gone Wild. You have no room for you unless you pay $100 for a Vip table. You might want to get me a chair, but you said the manager wasn't happy. It is a shame, we usually perform a good size alcohol tab and tip well. First, went to dinner and was turned off at 4:45 that she did not serve in the last 5 o'clock and had a 1.5 hour waiting list. Went and dinner somewhere else and came back to find out that we sit and have a few drinks while we waited for the band that should start at 8 but was changed to 9. The bar was at 6:45 a.m. when we arrived there and until 8.... Then, as I sit there, I watched in horror, as all the chairs and tables are removed next to some selected few. When I first asked, I was shocked and didn't know what to say. Then another bartender came by and said she would see what she could do about a chair for me. About 15 minutes later someone else came over and talked to us and said they would see what they could do to get Smthng for me, but put a debt trip on me and said the manager would not be happy. So we finally left. We will never return to this facility.

Went there for dinner with my friend. Waited forever for every service you would need to go to dinner and drinks. Food wasn't that great either. Go somewhere else if you want a nice night out

Don't waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to watch AFC Divisional playoff game and was told we had to leave our table because there was a private party coming into the restaurant in five minutes....There were no signs stating they would only be seating and serving tables til 6:30. When we entered the place, we were told sit anywhere.Between that and the fact that they charge full price for pints of beer and then serve them in 12 oz plastic cups should be enough to let you know that there are much better places to go to when you're in East Aurora...

Bartender was incredibly rude and was told to order from the bowling alley. When going to the alley to order the guy says that he can't take orders to go back to the bar. I think you need to figure it out and hire more friendly people. Also it's a mess holes in the walls and everything

Was at my best friends daughter party! I was so upset for her because of the problems that were faced from the beginning. From a lane not working to a late horrible buffet set up. How do you give a buffet for over 20 people on a table that seats 4? Why did we have to ask for forks, napkins and plates? Why was the food not replaced and we had to ask for it? And not get it. Why are rolls not served with pulled pork? We got an answer of “people order the pulled pork without rolls here” this was so unorganized and not a single adult or manager on duty! I will never refer anyone to throw a party or even a small dinner get together here. Seems like the owner wanted to save money ??????
