Restaurant bewertenMy wife and I had taco bowls. They were both exceptionally good. Lots of excellent ingredients and the flavor was spot on for what I would expect based on their descriptions on the menu boards. We will stop there again. When we got to the restaurant, there was only one employee in the front. He did a great job, but we had to wait quite a while to even get our order taken amd the was NO ONE else in line. Soon after our order was taken a second employee came in the store and started cooking. We waited less than 10 minutes to get our food after ordering, so that was very good.
Let me start by saying I love Rusty Taco. I helped put the one off of Bass Lake Road on the map. This location needs some love. I entered and stopped to use the restroom. The urinal was out of order, so what, I’m a dude so hit the toilet only to find both towel dispensers were out. With wet hands I walked by dirty floors and empty dirty tables to order. Ordering went great, the employees were awesome. I took my first sip of warm beer while waiting 20+ minutes for my street tacos. The fish taco ruled. The brisket tacos were terrible…meat had that on the heat and dried out all day chewiness. I stopped here because my kid had a game nearby and the Rusty has been a staple for me so this location was a huge disappointment. Need to get this spot up to your standards guys. Best of luck!
Had 4 people in 2 groups in line in front of us.They had three employees working. Took 21 minutes to get our take out bag. Place is disgusting where you look at hard cleaning has not been done for a LONG time. The 1 good point, dude making our food did change his gloves before making our food.Loved the location in St. Paul may try the others but this is strike 2 at this location. Not gonna be a strike 3.
I've been a regular customer of this store since it opened. After my experience today, I will never visit this restaurant again.Our last FIVE delivery orders (submitted through the app) have ALL been wrong. They are either missing something, not prepared correctly, or the food is wrong. Today, the chips and queso for our 10 pack was AGAIN missed. Yet again, after having our order delivered, I had to drive to the store to pick up the rest of it, while our food gets cold. The bag of chips I got when I got to the store was pitiful. It wasn't even fully opened, the bag had a tear in it, and the top was mashed together and stapled. The store staff were abrasive and unwilling to help when I finally just asked for a refund of the entire order.We've spent $60 110 per week at Rusty as it's one of our favorite places to eat again, that is done.Hopefully this will save someone from having to go through the atrociously bad service that we've received. How disappointing that one of our favorite places to eat is no longer an establishment that cares about retaining their customers or delivering a quality product.Thanks for what used to be a great experience. Great staff, kind, quick and helpful! Food taste delicious. I ate the barria tacos they were great. I will return to this location.Food: 5/5
