Great atmosphere and wonderful place! Music was great!

They did not honor our reservation that we did weeks ago and we only got a quick answer from Türmann who did not see his phone and did not say reservations.

You don't even honor reservations you make through this app... not even sure what the point is. The people who come here look like they're hot things because they're in a mediocre bar in flipping Dallas in front of all the people waiting in the line... that moves ridiculously slowly for some reason, although there are hardly ever large masses in the actual bar. Too much hype....too little substance. Some of the other bars in the area are a ton more fun.

I will say that the atmosphere was great, the beer sauce was good but the chips where stale, my experience with the staff not great, very innate rice or welcoming and it took 4 times going up to the bar to get drinks because the servers where understaffed in my opinion to the crowd that was in that night. Customer service was low and felt like we weren’t as important as other tables in the bar!
