Employee at the window has horrible customer services and terrible attitude. Order was cold, old, and was missing items. Food is poorly done. They get mad when you ask them for dipping sauces.Took so long to order and get my food. Overall, the experience was horrible, and highly don't recommend coming to this location.
Today Is Sunday December 26. Cake Shoulda been threw out. Pointed it out to the cashier and instead of replacing it they wanted to argue. I’m contacting corporate for my refund and the health department for their opinion.
I have had bad experiences when I went thru drive thru. Rude....customer service skills is a must. The woman in drive thru acts as if you're bothering her to take your order. The card machine was down. I came back with cash. The manager asked her nicely to take my order again. I went inside. As she told the manager she's trying to stock her work station. She's then bothered just to take my order. I returned a few days later and mod was super nice!
Employee who was leaving tried to open my driver side door at 11pm when I let him cross. Very disturbing. They also decided to close an HOUR early, which is why I wasn’t parked.Called the store location to share about the employee and the number listed is wrong.
