Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cuyahoga Falls

I put my last order yesterday. they are great when you arrive personally, but an order placed over the phone and delivered is inevitable. I paid 15.00 for a Burrito shell with 5 stains huh. if they think to treat their customers like this profitable, they will soon learn that it is not. I don't even come back personally because you're so delivered!

Waited an hour for a pickup order that I had already placed on the app. They were understaffed and busy, which is understandable, but for some reason, they thought it was a smart idea to only help walk-ins and completely ignore pickups. Over an hour passes before I get my order and of course I get home to find the wrong order.Will not be stepping foot in this Chipotle ever again.

Pleaae note that when we next come to your store -at whatever time- and you are out of an offered product and you attempt to charge full price for half service the transaction will be reported as an act of theft. The intention will be to have the store 's business license revoked. This time, the store on Howe Road was out of fajita peppers, white rice, black beans, white beans and *cheese* .How do you run of cheese? A product with a shelf life measured in weeks?Yet the store 's manager charged full price with no explanation or apology.It appears Chipotle has deliberately adopted 'running out of product ' -as a part of it 's business model-.Imagine how Wall Street will react when it finds out that Chipotle is under investigation by the SEC for these corporate advocated deceptions. What apologies and excuses will you offer your shareholders when the Chipotle share price drops to less than $100 a share?Do better.

This location is going downhill. I come here all the time and the employees constantly skimp on food and give the most disrespectful attitudes. The girl with blonde hair is one of them.
