Restaurant bewertenWe’ve been going here for 30 years and finally had to call it quits. Gave it four more chances after the food quality seemed to be getting worse. Don’t mind the price but had to quit going after it was evident that food quality had permanently fallen off of a cliff.

I’ve eaten here before and I must say I was disappointed with the food this time. Not just me but my whole party (6) the lobster was over cooked, the steak Oscar style presentation was below par. Will say the mushrooms were great and the Brussels sprout were good. The lamb chops were not good at all with very little meat. If this had been our first time here, we wouldn’t return. I had much better experience in the past so, I’ll give it another try, fingers crossed. Our server made the review one extra star, she was fun and hard working.
Went for my wife 's birthday on a Thursday. We were one of four total tables for the night. After two+ hours and 5, yes five, 10oz filets later, I gave up trying to get food. Asking for a med-rare 10oz filet is not difficult. Receiving the first one well done and the other four raw (and cold) in the middle is beyond embarrassing. By 10pm and no one else in the restaurant I told them to give up because I had no confidence that I was ever going to eat. Not to mention the only thing I did end up eating (Hamachi appetizer) caused me to explode (IBS), for lack of a better term. This was the first time I had been back in four years because of a similar (but way less embarrassing) situation. Needless to say I will never be back. P.S. When your list of specials is larger than your actual menu, you should probably print out a sheet rather than expect your service staff, and patrons, to remember everything. Edit: Your response is laughable. You can 't comp something that I never received. Maybe your staff/chef should learn to cook a filet... being a steakhouse and all. I 'm not sure how someone not leaving with the food they ordered after hours is you handling the situation. The staff still got paid and tipped generously as it was solely the chef and expeditor 's issue. Additionally, attempting to gaslight the patron to change reviews rather than take accountability is just another solidifying factor in that I will steer absolutely anyone I can from coming here or any Ken Stewart restaurant.
