The Cotton Gin - Cullman

The reviews for this place do not make it fair. Food is really good and consistent. I typically get the Wels Amd Shrimps that are both excellent! My husband also had the oysters and he liked them. We have brought several people there and everyone is voting. Definitely recommend! Check the hours of operation, although they are not always open.

This is a super unique place that offers some amazing seafood. The service was a little slow when we went, but that could be due to the fact that the fair was in the city and the Alabama game was up. I'm definitely going back. The fried shrimp was great!

There's never enough help here. Nice people and good food, but slow service. Don't go if time is limited. The prices are fair. When ordering grilled, especially for children, you can ask about the season. My healthy grilled fish was too salty because of excessive spice.

I've eaten many seafood restaurants, but this is the most to stop. Very good for food. Had the steam shrimp plate with spicy season regular size amazing. So much my wife had to help stop.

Ok, I have nothing but great things to say for the food and the staff! The seafood was cooked great, the oysters served quickly and friendly.
