Subway - Copley Township

Ordered a 6” roast beef, only two slices of meat, I’m sorry but that is not a sandwich, it’s just bread. Also the staff is not friendly at all. I know they are young kids that don’t want to be there, but at least smile and say thank you.

Subway is still subway anywhere you go, but the lady working that day was great to talk

Arrived early for mobile order and was met with a very rude employee. No one was in the restaurant and she was annoyed I was early. Then I was asked “Do you want the bacon heated up? cuz you didn’t did give any special instructions.” Isn’t the bacon always heated up? As she gave me the subs she said “Here’s your order at 2:41 that’s for 2:45!”

Missing plenty of items on my sandwiches ordering online super slow. I ordered an online order that said it would be ready at a certain time. I showed up at that time and waited another 15-20 minutes inside the store for the food to be made. I get back to eat and both subs were missing cheese, lettuce, barely any meat. Pretty disappointed.
