Mcdonald's - Conroe

Even for McDonald's This place was bad. Literally arguing with customers through the drive thru and we counted four people in front of us who left the window without food. Wait was 20 minutes. Got the same order from Burger King on College Park and it was a 10/10. Don't waste your time yall unless you just wanna get trash then highly recommend in that case ?

Once again, this place shows why it is the worst to visit McDonald. 10 minutes I waited in the drive thru just to tell me an rude lady that they have my sum on the second window when I get into the window, I notice 3 cars parked and wait for food there. 10 minutes I waited for them to give me a sum and pay for my order, the same rude lady stared at me instead, so I left. You should simply turn off this place and build a place that actually sells food

It was open Christmas Eve and had fresh frits and the ice machine worked. 10/10’gonna again. Trust me I'm back for the bundles of Fritten:

Literally no point in using the app other than Mcd's laying off employees. Doesn't speed up your order. Still had to wait in the drive through overflow line.Food: 4/5

First and last time visiting. Food came out hot but, the bottom patty of my double quarter pounder was pink and still raw! Showed the manager, received a snotty response, no apology, and just a new burger. No offer of a refund, free apple pie, APOLOGY, nothing. Very rude and a prime example of what not to do if you are striving for exemplary customer service. Bathrooms were clean, dining room was 'presentable '. Fries tasted like the oil in the fryer was old.My daughter, husband, and I dealt with upset stomachs until mid day the next day. Horrible.
