Arby's - Columbus

The food was far from fresh. The fries were old, the chicken nuggets were overcooked, and the mac and cheese bites were lukewarm.

The food was fantastic, but the staff were not willing to fulfill their responsibilities. The service was very disappointing, and they refused to honor an order made through their own app, despite having proof of payment. The staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this location.

This was the cleanest Arby's I've ever visited! The staff were cheerful and actively engaged in friendly conversations with the customers, and they were very polite! I was truly impressed with this location, and I will definitely be coming back!

Location is almost always out of something. Service is spotty at best in drive thru the wait too long most visits.

Arby's roast beef is good. They updated their jamocha shake with whipped cream. We used the drive thru. Everything is crammed into a bag smashing the sandwiches.
