Restaurant bewertenLast visit was the not a good experience, I ordered 2 Original Chicken sandwiches. Started eating one and the bun was dough, not cooked. I had to throw away both sandwiches. I bought this on my way home. I hadn't had anything to eat and was starving. When I returned home an hour and a half later, my stomach hurt for 2 days. Hope the bread is cooked next time. Gun shy about spending my money on food I cannot eat.
Why does this Burger King not Door Dash? All the other fast food restaurants do. McDonalds, Arby's, Taco John's, Subway. Seems almost primitive and not using all resources out there to get business.
The place is pretty clean and the temperature is just right in the dining area. The only reason I only gave three stars is the order was messed up a few times. I ordered a Whopper, chicken fries, and a nuggets kid's meal and didn't get any fries. I went back up and got them. Then I noticed that I didn't get any sauce and went back up and got it. When I got back home to Powell I realized that I never got my apple juice with the meal either. The girl working the front counter seemed to be the only one there besides the cook so I understand but it's frustrating since I live in another town and couldn't go back to get my missing item.
Food was ready fast. Customer service is not so great. Pulled up and asked for a minute to order. Lady on speaker continued to yell hello...hello until I ordered. Pulled up to the window where I recieved no hello or thank you. Literally just ran my card, held food out the window then stared at me till I pulled off. Management seriously needs to work with this lady on her customer service.
The Burger King in Cody, Wyoming, offers a great experience. They pay attention to the presentation of their food, which comes from the wrapper in a timely manner and looks appealing. Unlike some fast-food places that simply toss the food into a paper wrapper, the Cody location consistently delivers an impressive presentation.
