Grande Pizza - Cluj-Napoca

Pizza was good, both look good and tasty. order throgh food panda in advance and it was delivered at exact times that I requested.

Order food from grande via foodpanda (home delivery). estimated time before order: minutes. after order: don't order yet after more than hours, so I canceled it.

Before I placed the order, I read some reviews and some of them complained about the delivery. I took the change and I set the order of a day before the family event. the delivery was great, a few minutes before the mentioned time the delivery was done, but the taste of the food was a complete disappointment. the carnivore pizza had a fishy taste (it went right into the müll, I dared not to give it to our dog) and most of the chickens from the buckets was raw.

Let's start with the good things the ingredients are very high quality, the food is very good in general now the bad things prices increase every months, which costs lei year ago costs now lei, not to mention free shipping which...has gone from to lei last week I ordered a pizza with toppings of prosciuto crudo and rucola which were charged to me lei and which were never delivered, so I call them to report the error, and their really professional answer was we will give you discount because the pizzaiolo is already gone so you pay lei for toppings never delivered and to apologize grande pizza offers lei discount, so I'm not a mathematician but for me it still makes a difference of lei against me. this must be a new way for a business to become successful, take here and there or lei. And all this knowing that they are already the most expensive in the city

I was a frequently client of them, they really have good food. I only ordered at home from them, but one time with 30 minutes before closing my order couldn't be retrieved and that made me ordering from others location. If you guys have a mentioned program please respect it, or mention somewhere, maybe online on your site that the last order can be made 'till that hour, or half an hour earlier. Also I've ordered one day a pizza with french fries and I thought that made me a joke.. on my pizza was like half or more kilogram of french fries that made me belueved firt time i saw it that it's only fries, and i was "wtf where's the pizza?" Despite that, i ate the house's pizza, that is one of the best. I also enjoy the pasta, were delicious. The dessert was amazing ( i tried cheese pancakes (papanasi) and were perfect.
