Panera Bread - Clovis

I decided to try Panera Bread again at a different location, but sadly I encountered the same issues that I've noticed at other branches - poor customer service and mismanagement. There were delays in taking orders and providing excellent service to customers, especially during busy lunch hours when time is limited.

Located conveniently at the Sierra Vista Mall, this restaurant is surrounded by plenty of shopping options and is also close to the theater. Although prices have increased slightly, the quality of the food still offers good value for the money. Ordering at the kiosk is efficient and easy.

The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly, but unfortunately, our dining experience was very poor. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were rock hard and had pieces of skin from the pit still attached. All three BLTs we ordered had this issue. Additionally, the apple I was served was rotten with mold in the center, which was quite disgusting. If I had seen the apple before eating my sandwich, I don't think I would have been able to finish my meal. We ended up spending over $50 at this establishment, and needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.

Always love all the bread here the pizza is so delicious it's kinda different than those out there but our family loves it

I've never eaten at Panera bread before, and I have to be honest. Best turkey bacon and avocado sandwich, along with a cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Service was great and fast. 2 thumbs up Panera bread
