Don't miss this jewel box of a bakeshop for celebrations both big and small! We ordered a lemon raspberry cake for a family celebration and it was such a big hit. Tall, elegant, and sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberries to hint at the flavor inside. It looked like the top tier of a wedding cake! Everyone was so impressed with it visually but once we tasted it, we all loved how moist and lemony it was. The guests were all raving about how balanced the buttercream was. The texture and sweetness was just right. The guest of honor even swiped some extra frosting off someone else's plate, which I've NEVER seen him do!In this day and age, everyone wants a cake that photographs beautifully. But sometimes a gorgeous cake will be too dry/dense or the frosting just tastes like colored butter. You never want a second piece. It really can be a lottery sometimes. But with this gorgeous, delectable cake we definitely hit the jackpot!Thank you, Carrie, for putting as much thought into the flavor as you did on the presentation. It really made our celebration feel special.

I have had three events where I used Carrie for cakes and every single time she has blown it out of the park. The way she pulls together your ideas and vision and then makes it her own in the design of the cake is just simply impressive! But wait, it’s not just about looks- Carrie’s cakes tastes AMAZING! I have tried four different flavors and each one is better and better- fresh, moist, flavorful without being TOO sweet- you can really tell she knows what she’s doing!
