Restaurant bewertenLovely restaurant. Nice Italian fare.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy street access. Bathrooms on same floor
Great martinis, food and service. Wouldn't change anything and will keep eating at Amata.
Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. Branzino was truly wonderful. Some of the entrees were on the small side (not the branzino which was very generous) but everyone enjoyed their meal. They brought out a dramatic and tasty treat on the house for person whose birthday we were celebrating. Lovely. I’d say the clientele is older. Would definitely go again.
I have lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and just recently tried this restaurant. I’ve now been there about 5 times now and like it more each time I go. Tonight my friend and I shared the Bianca salad which was really delicious. It is an interesting, basically off white salad that is incredibly tasty. We each had an order of the scallops, which were one of the evening’s specials. These may have been the best scallops I’ve ever eaten. They were perfectly caramelized and very sweet. The sauce was a perfect blend of a buttery, mild lemon flavor that complimented the scallops without overwhelming them. There were six medium sized scallops and some sautéed greens it came with potatoes but I requested just veggies). My only complaint was that there could have been more veggies. The food portions are decent, but for the price could have been a bit more generous. The wine pours were generous. Service is good and staff is friendly. Atmosphere is nice. I would definitely recommend trying it.
A quiet, delicious lunch with a friend with excellent food and service.
