Pizzaioli - Chicoutimi

Dropped in close to closing time on a Monday night. They closed at 8PM, but we were welcomed to enjoy a meal. We are two couples travelling by motorcycle. The menu allowed one to design their own pizza from scratch, the sauce, toppings, whatever you preferred. This pizza is then cooked in a wood fired oven, result is amazing. You could return multiple times and enjoy a different pizza each time. I have been to other joints thats offered wood fired pizza, but was limited in selection. This place is not a franchise, but a one of, that prepares fresh ingredients each day for your pleasure. Our server spoke some english, I was only one that could not speak french, but I would have been OK. A real treat if you like pizza, highly recommended. Will definitely eat here again next time I am passing through.

This restaurant has the best pizza we have ever had. Absolute perfection. I have been here for a large work luncheon as well as as a family. Perfect for both occasions. The service has always been very quick and professional. I really can't say enough about this place. It has quickly become a family favourite.

Best pizza in town!!! Shocked to come across good food in this region.....the pizza is great and the staff is even better! We haven't come across good service or good food in this town since being here for over 2 years, until now. The dessert is ok too. Highly recommend this to anyone. You can also order take out....which is HUGE.....in this town hardly any place does this. We will be back A LOT.

I would give this restaurant 2 stars and would not recommend it, even if a friend suggested it to me. The service was good, but the pizza options were limited and the pizza itself lacked flavor.
