Restaurant bewertenThat was her second time in Salero. We were fortunately amazed for the first time how much we enjoyed both the siding, the service and especially the food. I didn't disappoint the second time. We enjoy the unexpected and delicious dishes that are seasonal. Will definitely be back.
I chose Salero based on OpenTable as a hot pick when I was looking for restaurants in the Randolph Street restaurant series in Chicago. We hadn't tried a Spanish restaurant in a while. The restaurant was almost empty in the evening after Christmas. As soon as we sat, our waiter announced that the restaurant would be closed in a week. The staff seemed melancholic, right. Our waiter was fabulous, the food was delicious, but it was a strange experience.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable and polite. Up and beyond to make our dinner perfect. The Paella was the best we had in the states so far. Come on.
In terms of Spanish food, I didn’t find this restaurant to be very authentic. The dishes were also quite expensive with respect to the quality. Furthermore, it is not ideal for vegetarians. The waiters were quite kind.
Was a wonderful experience and delicious food! The cocktails were lacking I would stick to wine but variety of dishes offered was excellent. Medditerraen sea bass was fabulous!
