Restaurant bewertenMade my reservation for Reverie on OpenTable, received confirmation of my reservation. Arrive at Reverie on a Wednesday at 5:30PM to discover the restaurant was closed with no explanation. Call their number and get their we are currently closed message, but the message goes on to say that their regular business hours for Wednesdays is 3PM-2AM. Went somewhere else, won 't try to come here again.
This was the single worst dining experience that I have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude after our large party waited for over 1.5 hours to receive our food and some not getting their food at all. The staff tried to shift the blame on our party that they had brought out all of the food, but someone else at the table must have eaten it. The manager was even worse. When I discussed the situation with him, his immediate reaction was let me get you a shot. Assuming that free liquor would smooth over the situation when the entire bill was $300+ and the food was not only untimely, it tasted bad. I had high hopes for this place, but needless to say it left me wishing I had gone to the hot dog stand down the street. Would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time at this place.
Always great for watching a game and eating good food that isn't bar food. Good menu. Thanks.
Had high hopes for Reverie, yet it felt like a cheap sports bar. The food was average at best- greasy and fried. In the salad I had, the onions overpowered any other existing flavor. Service was pleasant, but sometimes hard to find. For dinner, I would not return. For a beer and to watch a game, I'd consider it.
Playing the music from the grinch who stole Christmas.
