Pepe's Mexican - Chicago

I've been here at least a dozen times. First, the service is always great and the staff is nice. Second, the steak is real tender and juicy. Also, the beans and rice taste real fresh. Furthermore, the drinks pack a punch and I recommend a margarita. Lastly, the atmosphere is spacious and has a Mexican vibe. Overall, a must visit spot. Photos below: 1. Steak taco dinner 2. Food good. A little expensive. Charge more for using debit or cr credit Parking: Small lot surrounds store. Ther we is parking on the street Kid-friendliness: Kids meal.

Food was tasty Vegetarian options: Not too much to offer in vegetarian, definitely vegan would not have much choice.

My online order was packed and ready to go exactly when they said it would be. I was in and out the door with my food in less than two minutes.

Haven't been here for a long time. Didn't know they charge you more if you use a credit card. My husband and I don't eat out unless its pizza from time to time and was not charged more for using a cc
