Papa's Fast Food - Cheshire East

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, offering one of the best takeaway options in the area in terms of choice and taste. However, the delivery and customer service leaves much to be desired. Waiting times can exceed 2 hours and sometimes the food arrives cold, which is unacceptable. If these issues were addressed, this restaurant would easily receive a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We used to be frequent customers at Papas in Alsager and tonight we ordered a mixed kebab. We thought we had paid by card but luckily we didn't! After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, despite living just 5 minutes away and knowing they were not busy, we opened the box to find the meat was a greyish color and the fries were very flat - I initially thought it was the naan bread! It was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even feed that meat to my dog! In the past, our orders have been missing items but we never complained before. This will definitely be our last order from them.

Delivery was quicker than stated, but the portion of chips is very disappointing. Nearly £5 for an amount of chips I could hold in one hand. Have ordered in the past and had very big portions for the same price.

Food absolutely freezing cold! This place is not cheap and the portions are not huge but in the past the food has been pretty good.. just lately though it’s been awful! Our past 3 orders have been freezing cold, delivery has taken ages and we’ve had missing items! Not good! I think we’ve placed our last order from Papa’s

The food was poor quality and small portions and it’s like they tried to make it up by putting a ton of salt on everything won’t be going back made the mistake of going back this time avoid this place.
