Someone will notice the carefully selected local produce mixed with innovative culinary ideas, another will appreciate the long-lived cooking tradition of the region, and somebody will just enjoy the incredible taste. You find all these layers here. The appetisers blew us away and the mains didn’t fall short as well. Try the smoked risotto, the lamb or the pigeon.
Absolutely unforgettable lunch. Friendly staff and chef which is happy to talk to you in the end. We didn’t took the tasting many but a la carte and didn’t regret it portions are unexpectedly big for a high cuisine. Heads down to sommelier as well. Very fair prices. Spaghetti Al buro will be always in my heart. Complementary starters which were actually the best part of the lunch!!
Great food and service. Really appreciated that we were able to go with our well behaved small dog with us (instead of leaving her in the hotel room). Interesting ingredients and modern cooking with nice presentation.
MULTIPLE foodgasms!!! The dishes we tasted were phenomenal, and the staff were lovely. The food was Italian with a hint of Japanese; the trout, the pastas and the dessert were all heavenly. The wine was also perfect the sommelier knew exactly what wine to suggest, based on our food selection. We drove from Bellagio, and it was well worth the drive a MUST TRY!!!
