I’ve had some of the best bbq from Texas to Kansas City, north and south of Georgia. This place beats em all! For ribs anyway cuz I can’t make room for brisket too. I wonder…

We had been visiting for the day from Portland and needed something to eat on the drive back home. Wanted to try something different and happened to find this little place on the map and decided to check it out. BEST choice we could have made! I didn't catch her name but the girl who took our order was so kind and helpful. And the food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the smoked Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the loaded fries. The meats were tender and so flavorful. When they say loaded fries, they mean loaded. The pile of fries, beans, and pulled pork absolutely filled the takeout container. We will most definitely be making the drive to visit again very soon. Thank you for an excellent meal!

There was a nine month period when I had to deliver in Centralia for my old job. Big T was my go-to lunch spot. I can't speak on the BBQ, but their burgers are amazing! If you like meatloaf, their smoked meatloaf burger is to die for. The only complaint is they don't have indoor seating, but I always ate in my semi anyways.
