Attempted to place an order on the app and got an error message multiple times, ended up going somewhere else. Got a notification from my bank that I was charged for the order that never went through, I called the store to see about getting a refund. The girl named Heaven stated ?it?s not really our fault since you placed the order? BUT MY ORDER NEVER WENT THROUGH. Heaven also refused to give me any contact info for upper management to expedite the refund process. She then proceeded to hang up on me and now my calls will not go through to this location and I?m out over $60 for an order that was never placed.

The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back in the area. Thanks for an amazing first experience...

Hands down the best roasted warm subs! The Italian is my favorite, but all are brilliant! Round your bill on the next dollar and help the firefighters in your area.

I recommend the beef and Cheddar!!!! Don't stick on the meat. atmosphere grinds me from a 50-type dinner

We got out of town this weekend. It took 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches. There was only one person before us, so waiting was not due to being busy. The two guys behind the counter were very inappropriate (my children even knew they were inappropriate and they are 4 6). The lady who works even said they can hear you and that's inappropriate!? The lady who took our order also had to make our food as the two people were busy to go around. We won't come back!
