Waba Grill - Castaic

I stumbled upon a new restaurant that I had never heard of before. Unfortunately, when I arrived before 8:30 pm, the indoor dining area was already closed and only the drive-through was available. The store's usual hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. I was in the middle of checking out the menu when two employees abruptly exited the building at 8:30 pm and left. One employee shouted to me from across the street that they were closed. The service was disappointing, receiving a rating of 1.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the secret is in the sauce. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and a drive-thru option. I always order online in advance because the food is made to order and can take some time. The quality of the food is consistently good and most of the time my order is made accurately. However, on my last visit, they forgot to add the extra meat I had ordered. I reached out online, and the manager/owner responded promptly to apologize and offer a refund. Mistakes happen, but the outstanding customer service and accountability shown by the staff was greatly appreciated.

Good food and great service. Fast food very tasty but healthy version. Will be back.

The service was great and the staff were friendly. I ordered two beef burgers but received something different. They provided me with two plates of a special dessert. The dessert was made with white rice, but I prefer brown rice, as it has a better taste.

The restaurant is suitable for those looking for relatively healthy options, but the prices have gone up quite a bit. I'm not convinced that a bowl of rice with a small dessert is worth $11.51 as their website menu states. It's initially listed as $8.99, but if you choose to pick up your order, the price increases.
