Excellent BBQ! The ribs were delicious, tender, juicy, and clung to the bone just right! I tried a little bite of the cheeseburger Mac&cheese, which was one of the most delicious things I 've ever eaten and definitely made me second guess my choice of a keto diet. The brisket was also smoked to perfection. My only complaint is that they were out of Inferno sauce for my smoked chicken wings, which were also great, aside from the fact they weren 't as spicy as I would have liked. The homemade blue cheese dressing served with the wings was amazing. I 'll definitely return, and highly recommend it to anyone in the Casper WY area.
