Seafire Bar - Carlsbad

Food was terrible I’m sorry to say and we sampled many items. The shrimp served flambé on a skillet was by far the worst. 4 popcorn shrimp, one tomato slice, a couple of onion slices and a few peppers unflavored. I would have been embarrassed to serve it. Zero flavor. We ate because we were very hungry. Trio of dips was a tablespoon of each. The portions were comically small and the only thing they gave in excess was their pita bread. Mussels were cracked with bits of the shells floating in the poached liquid, octopus was average at best, feta fries were again a tablespoon of feta sprinkled with oregano on a bed of fries, just terrible representation of Greek cuisine. I’m sorry but we just moved to the area and we’re hopeful that their marginal yelp reviews were unjustified. Now we know people were generous in their 3 star ratings. It was an expensive experiment to try out that we won’t do again. There has to be decent Greek food in the San Diego market but this place is definitely not it.

We came to Seafire for the first time in the week and it wasn't crowded. Saw on her terrace. Service was great, food was even better! The Fambe cheese appetizer was sooo good! The food tastes fresh and it is not excessively greasy as you can find in some other places. Will definitely add this place to our list of regular!

Great happy hour, delicious food and great staff. HIGHLY recommend the happy hour soup and salad for just $5.50! One of the best salads I had in a while, no joke. I'd pay $5,50 for the salad. The chicken orzo soup was also incredible. The pizza is also some of the best round. Gyro Slider are amazing.

Consistently amazing! There's not much more to say. We live in WA and visit Legoland frequently. Seefeuer is our goal for excellent and consistent foods every visit. They have a great variety and it is perfect every time. Friendly staff, everything is super clean and great experiences every time. Thanks Seafire!

A close stop for food after a long day in the sun proved to be our best choice of the day. Seafire wasn't busy making us nervous, but the service was prompt and the food was incredible. Appetizers including mussels and the Gyro Pizza were some of the best we have seen, but the Scallop Linguine and Lemon Chicken Soup took it to another level. We come back without hesitation.
