Tim Hortons - Caribou

The only thing I would write is the talks between the employees behind the counter. I don't often go in, but if I do, I usually get to know that. Not so much, but there's a time and place for the visitor when they have a load full of customers. I'm gonna say one of their employees is the best notch. I'm not sure his name, but he has rainbow ring glasses.

Having a time to open means to have product available for customers so when I arrive at 4:30 am now 4:40 and still waiting for breakfast (donuts) it is very disappointing and time consuming to be sitting here waiting for what should be out fresh and plenty of choices yet here I wait hungry and let down

I go everyday to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Love the bagels n desserts. Try their breakfast sandwiches w real eggs not the fake stuff. Really satisfying.

I expect a coffee house to have a working espresso machine. This Tims has a broken machine every other week and no backup. That's on the owner/corporate. I would think they'd have more than one. Happens too frequently.
