Restaurant bewertenI had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with La Serviette Blanche as well as a culinary food tour. I would, without question, highly recommend them both. The cooking class started with a trip to the market to purchase all we'd need for the meal preparation. Eliane was more than happy to accommodate my requests which I greatly appreciated. I learned a great deal about techniques as well as things I was doing incorrectly as a home cook which was equally important. We made a delicious three course Mediterranean meal which I adored and I look forward to recreating all three recipes on my own. My husband joined us for lunch at the end of the lesson. If you're interested in learning about French cuisine, I would highly recommend a cooking class with La Serviette Blanche in Cannes. I plan taking another class soon! My husband and I also went on a culinary tour of Cannes with Eliane which was great fun! We wandered around the Forville Market and surrounding neighborhood learning about and tasting the local cuisine. What a great way to learn about a city. If you visiting Cannes, definitely book a culinary tour with La Serviette Blanche!
Planning trip to Cannes I made reservation 3 months in advance through TheFork. Reservation confirmed. Canceled. Made another reservation for another day. Confirmed. Canceled. Made another for another day. Confirmed. Canceled. It might be an excellent food but to treat your clients as if their time and planning is less important than someone's else thank you very much but I am done with my attempts.
Delicious evening. located in a building with friendly guests and a very good kitchen. Great attention to detail. we had a fantastic pork dish with corn purée and black garlic sauce - delicious!
Pleasant atmosphere and excellent service! I can highly recommend! They even prepared lactose-free and gluten-free foods as requested. Excellent!
My husband and I had dinner here, not to realize that it's actually in the chef's apartment. Given this, it is a fairly intimate experience. We sat alone, because there was another table of 5, but I understand that you can sometimes join a group at the big table. the menu of the day (there is no choice) was a salmon terrine, a beef filet, cooked in vacuum, tender and delicious, and a very good lemon cake. It's kind of like being invited to dinner at someone's house, if he's very good cook! We took a glass of cream and a bottle of wine, and the full meal for 2 was at 108 € very reasonable. a cannes, where we find many tourist restaurants and out of price, it is a find and we will return there. the chief and his assistant were also very pleasant and friendly. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I made an exception for that, because it's really very different. I would suggest that they invest in a small speaker to play music because a ipad doesn't really have the sound quality needed in a large space.
