Friends took us to this restaurant . The service was great very clean and rustic . This was my favourite meal of the holiday excellent quality good portions meat cooked on wood fire excellent . They also have a great wine selection. Wry reasonable

This place is like a hidden gem. Totally worth the drive to get to this place for lunch or dinner. Great selection on menu. We ate fish dishes and loved them. Do not miss their grilled sweet potatoes with honey. Just perfect food and different as well than normal.

We discover this authentic restaurant by chance, when we returning threw the deep forest from mountain Areeiro. Big traditional house, rounded by high mountains and forests, generous space interior with fireplace and great meat selection. Traditional beef espetada with salad and red vine tasted excellent.
