The Himalayan - Calgary

Have you been a couple of times a year to the sky? long before the enlargement and renovation! and I can honestly say that I never had a bad, or even mediocre eating. eating is always tasteful, fresh and wonderful. I would say it is quite mildly spicier, I prefer normally spicier, but the aromen are so big that I come back again and again. to beautify it from the staff, are friendly and they get a great service. it is really a bright place in calgary’s kitchen and I am happy to eat here for many more years!

That is honest to one of the best eat and restaurants in my community. everything from the appetizer to the main dish is wonderfully presented and taste amazing. our server was also friendly and recommended us many new dishes that we never thought of eating. it is definitely worth living in this opposite.

Finally decided to try this place to live in the opposite for years and have never been. I was in several other similar restaurants, and I was thrilled to see that it takes dishes. my group and I ordered to start the maccha tareko appetizer, the fish was not bad, the sauce was unique after my chai arrived, now the chai was not bad I wished it was a bit bigger, a few other places give them a whole teekanne for the same price. as for the net I ordered the Polko Grill lamb with saffron rice and garlic naan, my partner ordered the dal bhat lamb. my lamb dish was pretty, the lamb was tender and well seasoned, the garlic naan was also sufficient, but the amount was somewhat less than what I expected, I found the saffron rice a bit mild. my partner court had a lot of different flavors, the curry here is not a spicy, so if she prefers a more tame curry for you. I would say 3.5 stars, his not bad, but for me it was not extraordinary. not sure I would go back.

The food is good and the atmosphere is great. Very good service and wonderful place to go, just a small place.
