Wendy's - Bushnell

This is our neighborhood Wendy's. (We go here way more than we should. In the past it was fast, rarely did you have to wait for anything. However now they take your order and park you for upwards of 10 minutes before you receive your items. This isn't every now and then. It's every time along with others behind you. I don't know what the change has been, but from a long time customers view its not a benefit. Don't go if you're in a hurry. The quality of the food hasn't changed. It's not better or worse than any other Wendy's. It's the service time that's the issue. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The guy at the window wasn 't very nice, at all . When I pulled up to the speaker a voice said yeah . Not can I help you. Then he gave me my cup of chili I ordered, with Chili dripping down the side of the cup. I noticed this when I had three large big drips of chili on the front of my shirt that I was wearing and I can 't get the stains out. The stains shown in the picture are after I tried to clean them. Stood in line for 10 minutes. 4 people behind counters working. No eye contact. No one even said we will be with you in a few minutes... Horrible customer service. Manager came up to address a lady who was waiting for signatures. Manager never spoke to paying customers standing in line. Yelled instead to employees in the back and went back to meeting with others at the back of the restaurant. Ridiculous. Everyone needs customer service training at this location.
