Arby's - Buffalo

Got the arby's spicy fish sandwich combo large. Good sandwich. Got without the tarter sauce, tomato and lettuce though.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. Even though it is a fast food establishment, the level of service provided here is outstanding. I arrived 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night and the associate at the drive-thru was friendly, efficient, and very polite. They even made me fresh curly fries to ensure that I received top satisfaction as a customer. I was truly impressed and won over by their dedication to customer satisfaction. Kudos to the associate and the manager who trained him for their commitment to providing superb customer service.

Always fast drive-through experience due to the full-time woman who has been there for years! She's a huge asset to their success and will be a sad day once she's gone. Very diligent worker, order is always correct, nothing is ever missing, food is always good!

This restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. However, it appears that they require new ceiling tiles as the current ones are stained. The food is good overall. It has been a month since my last visit and the ceiling tiles are still in need of replacement. They should fix the leaky roof as well.

Delicious food, friendly staff, good portions, quick service. Absolutely go here!
