Restaurant bewertenThe menu was disappointingly limited and the food did not live up to my expectations. Although the food was decent, I was let down when I ordered a 2009 vintage champagne and was served a 2013 without any explanation. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the 2009 vintage. I chose not to complain out of respect for my wife and our time, but I must say that this was not acceptable.
The restaurant service was extremely slow, taking 2 hours to serve our food. It seemed like they had forgotten our order. Additionally, when it came time to pay, they overcharged us by 17,000 HUF. Despite receiving cash back as a refund, we were disappointed and just wanted to pay the correct amount. To make matters worse, they continued to ask for more money after we had already paid more than the bill. Eventually, they realized their mistake and apologized, perhaps they should consider taking some basic math lessons.
Disappointment. Elegant, but empty restaurant, the waitress was not informative, the food was average, but very expensive.
Overall brilliant experience, very helpful and polite staff. Pisco sour was just like in Cusco. Only possible recommendation: maybe it can worth to split the outside area to smoking and non-smoking parts.
