Kfc - Brownsville

Worst service ever! Staff were super rude. Food took 30 minutes to get out and they didn't want to provide the receipt of my order. I never go to this place again.

Hello, I went tonight and all the guys there is garbage today is the 10/15/22 And she gave me all food and pumices cold, and the chicken too!!!! You should have fired all of them that they have not gassed us a vine

I saw the special on TV n went to get it, but managers didn't know about any special very disappointed. She was very rude. Also there pothole in the drive thru makes it very unpleasant. Bad service.

Well a huge ? down this is definitely the worse. I haven't been here since over 4yrs till today. It was bad then but a nightmare now KFC let it rest this place is as dead as the origional celebrity chef! Let it go. My pics will justify the presentation not to mention customer service. The lady is programmed like a robot I had to ask her 3X what am I ordering because I said I wanted a combo #3 then she breakes out with u want a #3 or #6 I'm like what??? Horrible service. Not to mention the total if you are to change the receipe, ingredients on this chicken then don't stiff your clients with a nasty not cooked original chicken was still pasty, raw, and very doey. The mash potatoes are so translucent what am I eating. I even asked for butter you all use to have packaged butter you don't have anymore. That too u cut off. It was just a horrible experience when my taste buds were programmed to the origional taste this was a mess. Either retrain cooking skills, retrain customer service too. I shouldn't have given any stars but this was preposterous. Don't know if it's only this KFC or this KFC will give all of them a really bad name. I feel the D.M should come undercover and taste the food here order the signature origional won't be so impressed. I didn't get my moneys worth of $19.46 two of the same combos for 2 people not good. Not a happy customer and not coming back.
