First time my kiddos tried this place and they absolutely loved it, glad I brought them everything was on point, only downfall is they did not have that little salsa island in the middle like they used to do one can pick their own stuff as needed. Flavor as good as I remember that?s what matters!

For a bit of context, I always go to the drive-thru for Pollo Loco, so I don't pay much attention the atmosphere of the establishment. With that in mind, the food is excellent and the service through ordering your food and receiving it is great. Although it takes a while to receive your food at times, you can rest assured that your food will be given hot and fresh, as I personally have never encountered an issue in that regard. I will definitely be coming again in the future. (Pricing is also great if you're looking for low cost meals).
