Since she also didn?t ask my name, my coffee just sat there with other call-in orders and no one bothered to say anything. At least my drink was prepared as requested. Next time, I?ll wait 15 minutes go to Coffee Land when it opens at 7. Previous visit was Starbucks-standard quality with much better customer service.
ALWAYS a 20 minute wait no matter how many people are waiting for their orders. Today I waited over 40 minutes and it turns out they didn?t have an ingredient. No one told me or called my name when the ticket was ready. I was sitting in front of them the whole time. Two employees straight up ignored me. I?ve worked retail and customer service for over 19 years so I know stuff happens and things get crazy but c?mon man!
Always got my order ready to go when am ordering online very friendly people with great attitude I would recommend this Starbucks

This store is my favorite! The store manager and staff always is nice, they get my drinks perfect even though they are completely different from most orders. I see an employee always doing something as well as the store noticeably clean. This is the closet Starbucks to the hospital that my friend is currently at. He requested a Starbucks frappe (a very complex one) and i let the store manager Nickia know yesterday October 10th at 1:50p. As a struggling artist taking care of my friend everyday it has been hard, they were able to listen to my requests and then some, which made the day for me. Thank you all for showing me such gratitude. I hope that Nickia can get a shout out for being so sweet and helpful, it starts from the management.
