Pho Metro - Broad Channel

The broth here is incredible! It is full of flavor unlike some other places where it tastes watered down. You can tell it’s prepared fresh every day; this makes a huge difference. Props to whoever is cooking it.

Clean, not salty food, friendly (owner? , good service. Bbq Pork Ribs are a grilled style, and have, great flavor. (Smoky and savory with herbs . (Could be softer though Pho was on point! (Not greasy or salty or cheap tasting . Noodles had varying thicknesses, which is a nice texture bonus. Vietnamese coffee was very good. Will be returning semi regularly for a while.

Attentive and friendly staff. Place is clean. Food is great with one minor suggestion. More noodles otherwise the flavors are amazing.
