John Doe has the best service I have ever received from a restaurant — ever! Joshua the manager is an absolute gem and personally hand delivered my order after the first delivery had an error. Great bar with amazing deals. Loved the oysters, staff was great as well! Definitely a new favorite!

Nice and friendly with lots of drinks to choose from.

Dropped in on a wet sunday afternoon. Glad we did, my wife and 2 kids (12 8). The food was great, home cooked and tasty. It was my daughters birthday and they gave her a balloon and sang happy birthday to her. Lovely saff, good beer. We would 100% recommend John Does Bar.

Best food and service in NYC hands down. Would give 6 stars if possible.
