Vincenzo's Pizza House

We dined at the restaurant quite late (around 11:30 pm) with a group of 6 people. The overall experience was superb. I have no complaints about the food or service.

My wife and I have visited vincenzos since the late seventies, it is one of the last traditional Italian restaurants in bristol. it is not the morden interpretation of a pizza restaurant with its produced products. vincenzos offers a traditional menu. recipes change from cook to cook. I can say honestly, I never had the occasion over the 40 years I visited vincenzos had a reason to complain. it is about getting to know their cook, understanding their waiter and being sympathetic for their position, especially after the hardening that our restaurants had to endure during the covid pandemic. we have always been made how to feel a part of the family that is because we have taken the time to know the owners and the staff, we will not be a judge after a visit.

I decided to book a table at vinenzo to support local shops after the renter tried to close the restaurant. unfortunately, for several reasons, I do not come back. I felt extremely rushed to get the orders. I have blessed several times that we were not ready. this led to the fact that I told the waitress that I will call her when I am ready and my friend and I noticed an eye role. -waitress knocks on the table again and again and rests with a glum face on the hand. absolutely unprofessional and annoying. (wish I could have come back to this moment to treat him there, and then, but the waitress made me feel so uncomfortable - eating made me unimpressed and disappointed. - our eating tasted and seemed to be exactly the same, despite the ordering of two separate things. when I kindly questioned the waitress, she greeted me with a gönnerton and called me to love waitress trying to remove dishes when I had not finished my eating and was in conversation with my friend. -waitress has removed at the end of the table not dirty plates, for too long these are simple waiter skills! is not recommended, vincenzo’s, also I will come back. Stop treating people how you wouldn't like to be treated.

Eat was good, but the waitress was very miserable looking like she didn't want to be there and could just not be arsed!

I came here tonight with my friend and was looking forward to a nice Italian dinner. but it turned out a great contempt. the personal was quick and service was fast. but the pasta we ordered was very unfresh. you could say it was cooked. a day before likely, and only microwave. hot top and cold inside. that's a shame! We won't go back!
